- Virtual coins/chips have no cash value, are not property, and are not redeemable for money or items of value.
- Any in-app/virtual currency purchases provide entertainment access only and do not enable cash-out.

- One account per person unless we approve otherwise.
- Do not buy, sell, transfer, or share accounts, coins, chips, or other virtual items.
- We may adjust, suspend, or remove virtual items and game features at any time for operation, integrity, or compliance reasons.

The Service (including software, text, graphics, logos, and game content) is owned by or licensed to WombatWinz Pty Ltd and protected by IP laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment.
Availability, termination, and changes
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or suspend/terminate access, if required for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or breach investigation. We may update these Terms by posting a new version; continued use means acceptance.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and limit liability for indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary loss, and for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or virtual items. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law (including consumer guarantees).
